Pork Humba

Pork Humba is much more similar to Pork Adobo but with a twist. The way it is cooked is the same but there are just added ingredients. The major difference of this dish from adobo is that it is cooked in fermented black beans usually called tausi and it is sweeter. With the right combination of saltiness and sweetness, this will be perfectly served with rice.
